BPM Student Day
On September 16 2022, the first ever Business Process Management (BPM) Student Day will take place at the University of Münster. Its purpose is to connect students with BPM researchers and professionals, and to provide various perspectives on the topic of Business Process Management.
This event will not only be a great opportunity to meet leading researchers in the field of process management and to work with widely-known companies from Münsterland who use BPM in their daily business, but you will also have the opportunity for networking with other highly driven students, researchers and professionals from all parts of Germany.
The BPM Student Day will start with two keynotes from leading BPM researchers, who will share their latest findings in the field, insights on future trends and set the topic for the day. It will be followed by lunch in the Schlossgartencafé, where you will have the opportunity to get to know other participants and share some thoughts on the previously intorduced topics. After lunch, there will be several workshops with well-known companies from Münsterland, and you will be able to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice, on real business cases. It is not only a great way to get an insight of the daily operation of the company, but every student who successfully solves the provided case will acquire an official ERCIS certification of participating on the BPM Student Day.
After the workshops, you will be invited to our evening event, where you can expand your network by engaging with fellow students, leading researchers and professionals of well-known companies over a couple of drinks.
The general language of this event is English, but some of the workshops will be held in German, so everybody can bring their best selves without facing language barriers.
